Towerball International Inc. is dedicated to introducing and promoting a radical new sport that appeals to every child and
young adult, regardless of physical size or talent. We have worked with educators and recreational professionals to create an exciting and competitive game that promotes teamwork and physical fitness.

will produce high quality, tested products that meet rigorous safety standards. We will market and distribute Towerball® game towers, game balls and game accessories to physical education specialists, coaches, school administrators, city park & recreation superintendents, college
intramural coordinators, day camp directors, youth leaders, and parent teacher associations. The company’s founders have obtained U. S. & International
patents, trademarks and copyrights. We have researched potential markets and established contacts in schools, universities
and youth organizations. Our staff has designed and fabricated a full-scale working prototype tower and our engineering consultants
have completed production drawings, built an accurate scale model and are currently completing
the product production tower.
The Towerball® tower is made of colorful and durable rotationally molded plastic similar to playground equipment
(See production tower) and will be available in 3 model heights for participants of all age groups and skill levels: The
Extreme Tower has rim heights of 10’ 6” for high school and college aged youth and adults. The Radical
Tower has rim heights of 9’6”
and is designed for elementary to middle school students. The Primary
Tower has rim heights of 8’6”
and is sized for kindergarten to 3rd grade.
There is a growing demand nationwide for alternative sports to keep children active. The State of Texas recently adopted a new policy effective fall 2002 requiring physical
education for elementary school children (k-6). The law requires up to 30 minutes of daily physical activity as part of the
schools physical education program or through structured activity during the schools recess periods.
The company has performed extensive research into the viable markets for alternative team sports
and has located more than 240,000 domestic candidate sites that are potential purchasers of Towerball®. The market is comprised primarily
of three target market groups: public schools k-12 (36%), city parks and recreation facilities (32%) and private schools k-12
(12%). Additional markets (20%) include universities, military installations, correctional facilities, resident camps, church
and youth organizations, day care facilities and amusement parks. European schools represent an additional 180,000 candidate
sites.
Our goal is to become the fastest growing athletic equipment company in North America
within 5 years and to establish Towerball® as a recognized brand name. Our confidence is based on the responses from thousands
of participants that played Towerball® during our demonstrations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
