Unlike traditional team sports, The Towerball® Recreational Game System enables three teams to compete simultaneously using a single ball. TowerballÒ is a dynamic, athletic competition that combines elements of basketball and volleyball. Games are played indoors or outdoors on a circular court and on a variety of surfaces including hardwood, pavement, grass or sand. Mounted at the center is a visually striking 12' 6" high, patented game tower. The tower has 3 color-coded goals (1 per team) at 10’ 6” height and a rebounding dome. Players score from anywhere within the three concentric scoring zones. The farther a zone is from the center, the higher the point value. After a team scores, the return system at the tower base randomly distributes the ball to one of three take out circles (X-out) at the court perimeter.
